This is a 4-week challenge to help you bounce back from being locked in the house for so many months! The meal and exercise plans will be designed to take into account that some still have limited access to grocery shopping and exercises must be done in the home or outside. Work as hard as you can. I know these are challenging times, but let’s take the opportunity to be productive and work out our mind, body, and spirit and make up some ground we might’ve lost. This challenge starts on Monday July 6th.
